FN Solutions ("we", "our", "us") is a fiber broadband internet service provider registered in New Delhi, India. We are currently live in Naraina and actively expanding across Delhi NCR. Our registered office is at Naraina Industrial Area, Phase I, New Delhi – 110028.
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information we collect when you use our services, visit our website, or contact us. It covers customers, prospective customers, and website visitors.

Information you give us directly
- Identity information: Full name, photograph (for KYC as required by TRAI/DOT), government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, or Passport number)
- Contact information: Mobile number, email address, service address and pincode
- Account information: Username, password (stored in hashed form), plan selection, billing preferences
- Payment information: UPI ID, bank account details for direct debit, or card details (we do not store full card numbers — these are handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors)
- Support communications: Emails, WhatsApp messages, call transcripts when you contact our support team
Information collected automatically
- Network usage data: Volume of data transferred (for billing verification), connection timestamps, IP address assigned to your connection. We do not log the content of your traffic or the websites you visit.
- Device/technical data: Browser type, operating system, referring URL, page views, and time spent on our website
- Location data: General location inferred from your service address pincode (not GPS tracking)
⚠️ We do not monitor, log, or inspect the content of your internet traffic. We collect only the metadata necessary for billing, network management, and fault diagnosis — as required under Indian telecom regulations.

To unsubscribe from marketing emails: Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or WhatsApp us at our support number with "STOP MARKETING". We will process this within 48 hours.

Security
We take the security of your personal data seriously. Our technical and organisational measures include:
- Encryption in transit: All data transferred between your browser and our servers uses TLS 1.3 encryption (HTTPS)
- Encrypted storage: Sensitive data including KYC documents and payment information is encrypted at rest using AES-256
- Access controls: Staff access to customer data is role-based and logged. Only staff who need the data for their job can access it.
- Password security: Account passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes — we cannot read your password
- Physical security: Our servers are located in certified data centres with 24/7 physical security
- Regular audits: We conduct periodic security reviews and vulnerability assessments
⚠️ Data breach notification: In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, in accordance with Indian IT Act requirements.
Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 years of age. If a parent or guardian believes their child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at privacy@fnsolutions.in and we will promptly delete it.
All service agreements and KYC verification require the account holder to be a legal adult.
Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do:
- We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- For significant changes, we will notify you via email or an in-account notification at least 14 days before the change takes effect
- For minor changes (such as clarifications), we will update the page without a separate notification
- Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy
